Inspection Process
Step 1: BOOK
Book a appointment at one of our convenient times and our building and or pest inspector will arrive to assess the property.
Step 2: CONFIRM
We contact the estate agent on your behalf to confirm the appointment time and arrange access to the property.
Step 3: INSPECTION
We look at the property from top to bottom, examining all the hard-to-access areas and preparing our findings in your report.
Step 4: REPORT
Your report includes detailed descriptions & photos of the internal areas, roof cavity, roof coverings, the subfloor, external areas, the site and more, with particular detail covering any areas of concern. Builders make a lot of money touching up homes for sale. We know all the secrets, and can identify and confirm if they are indeed professional repairs or cheap and nasty touch ups.
Step 5: ADVICE
If the inspection reveals anything of concern, we make recommendations for any necessary repairs or remedial works. Every one of our inspectors has been in the building industry over 25 years. We also carry 1 million dollars professional Insurance for your piece of mind.
